Set Box Content

Define what information is show within your chart boxes.

TeamOrgChart lets you define and manage the columns that are shown within the boxes on your chart.

You can:

  • Choose which columns are shown in the information pop-up.

  • Add and order columns.

  • Set the font size, style, and color.

  • Define key columns.

  • Set the sort order for the chart.

Set Box Content in TeamOrgChart

To define the contents of the chart boxes, access the Choose Box Content Page. Here you can add, style, and reorder the columns that are displayed within the individual chart boxes.

Display Additional Columns

1. Create Org Chart

Use Select a new column on the Choose Box Contents Page.

2. Select Additional Columns

Add the column(s) you wish to display from the Select a New Column list.

3. Order Columns

Drag the columns to arrange them in the desired order.

4. Set Styling and Save

Set the font, font size, color, and text style.

Once complete, click the 'Save' button to apply your changes.

Specify Key Information

Configure Contact Columns in TeamOrgChart

Locate the Configure Contact Columns panel, where you can specify which columns contain key information, such as job titles or email addresses. The Name and Job Title columns are used in search results within TeamOrgChart.
