Custom Positions
Indicate different position types, such as an assistant, coordinator or a joint-manager.
Custom positions are preserved between data re-loads.
Uploading a new data sheet when using an Excel based chart or when the chart refreshes from Entra ID will not impact the custom positions.
Using the Context Menu
1. Enter Edit Mode
Place the chart in Edit Mode (CTRL+E).
2. Open Context Menu
Open the context menu of the person you wish to define as a custom position.
3. Select Position
Select or deselect the position type from the menu.
Using the Custom Positions Page
1. Select Custom Positions
From the Actions menu, select Custom positions.
2. Manage Custom Positions
Create, edit or delete custom positions in the table.
