Bookmarks
Navigate large and complex charts with ease.
Providing quick access to the employees and teams you need to find frequently, adding bookmarks improves the speed at which you can navigate your org chart.

Create a Bookmark
Using the Bookmark Manager
1. Create a New Bookmark
Navigate to the Manage Bookmarks page via the tool bar, then click Create a New Bookmark.
Enter a name for your bookmark.
2. Position Bookmark
Search for and select the employee you wish the bookmark to be attached to.
4. Show & Save
To add your bookmark to the chart and to view in the navigation bar, check the Show in Navigation checkbox and click Save Bookmark.
Use the Display Depth option to view only the required employees. This number sets how many levels to display under the selected bookmark employee.
Using Edit Mode
Open the Employee Drop Down Menu for the employee you wish to attach the bookmark to. Then click Bookmark Here
A bookmark created using this method will be named DisplayName - Job Title and added to the bookmark navigation tab. This can be edited at a later date.
Edit a Bookmark
Navigate to the Manage Bookmark page from the toolbar, select the bookmark you wish to edit then make the changes you need. Click save bookmarkto apply your changes.
Delete a Bookmark
Navigate to the Manage Bookmark page from the toolbar, then click the 'x' next to the book mark you wish to delete.
View a bookmark on launch by favouriting a bookmark by clicking the star icon on a bookmark's navigational tab. Each user of TeamOrgChart can set there own.
